Tracking, delivery proof and claims

Tracking depends on postage. Claims require enabled protection, invoice/proof of value, and damage photographs plus proof of customer refund/replacement for damage claims. Approved amounts are credited to Stallion wallet. Public protection page states CAD 300 maximum, while newer help guidance expressly says confirm current limit; cap is unresolved and must not be promised. Source s1 Source s4 Source s5 Source s6

Not established. No comparable on-time, loss or claims-approval dataset verified.

Important limitations

Personal gifts/non-commercial goods excluded.
Some locations have pickup only on specified weekdays.
Official Mississauga map and headquarters addresses differ. The shipping-counter address is not confirmed; use the current official location page before travel.
Full pickup/mail-in geographic coverage unverified.
Lasalle is not listed as a confirmed active drop-off here because its current status is unresolved. Check the official location page before travelling.
Shipping uses prepaid Stallion Credits. The current FAQ says unused credits are non-refundable.

Confirm before shipping

Published protection maximums conflict; a CAD 300 payout ceiling is not confirmed.
The official map and Explore list differ. Check each location’s acceptance and current address directly.

Location and access details

Selected locations and access records, not a complete or live locator. A listed office or operational station is not a public sending counter. Check the linked location before travel; partner drop-offs may require a prepared label, batching, account permission or an extra fee.
