Contact and corrections
Email privacy questions or requests about a message you sent to contact@helperhusky.com. We use your email address, message and any name you provide to respond and review corrections. The public contact route is email; this site does not currently offer a public submission form.
Retention
Our policy is to retain contact messages for 90 days. Mailbox deletion is handled manually, not by a website automation. Separate hosting logs and backup copies are not erased by mailbox deletion; their retention periods have not yet been confirmed.
Website operation
IONOS hosts the website and contact mailbox. Hosting and security systems may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and access times, to deliver and protect the service. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. Search and category filters are processed by the site without a generative-AI service.
Advertising and external sites
AdSense is not enabled. Business links take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices. Information you send to a business is handled by that business, not HelperHusky.
Minimise sensitive information
Please do not email passwords, financial account details or identity documents. To request access to, correction of or deletion of a contact message, write from the address you used where possible. We may need enough information to identify the message.
