Individual sales versus bundle

Individual vs Bundle Calculator

Compare selling all units individually with selling the same units together in one bundle. All individual orders use the same entered price and costs. Use this simplified model only when that assumption fits.

All amounts are CAD. Enter every field; use 0 only for a known zero. Purchase cost includes inbound shipping, acquisition charges and shared sourcing/preparation cash costs. Shipping charged to the buyer is entered separately from item price and counted once. The percentage fee applies to item price plus buyer shipping; the fixed fee applies once per actual order. This is a generic flat-fee model, not an eBay, Whatnot or Etsy fee schedule: fee tiers, tax-inclusive fee bases and tax on fees are not implemented. Use other selling costs only for known extra per-order cash charges. No sales tax collected/remitted, returns or income tax is modelled. Use another method if your fee basis differs.

JavaScript is required. Calculate remains unavailable until the tool loads. This tool does not save or send entries.

Shared purchase and fees
Individual

One item per actual order. Enter one order’s price, shipping, packaging and minutes; the tool multiplies by units sold.

Bundle

One order for the entire bundle. Enter total bundle price, shipping, packaging and minutes.

Percentage fees are rounded half up to cents for each order before multiplying. Time is shown separately and is never subtracted from cash results. This model assumes completed sales and no extra fees.
