Sold-Price Research Worksheet

Build a manual worksheet of up to eight comparable sold records. Choose which rows to include. Nothing is fetched or priced automatically; the median and range describe only your sample, not a recommended selling price.

Use verified sold prices, not asking prices. Record comparable item identity, quantity, edition, authenticity and grade in the identifying note. Use the same condition/grade group on included rows. If an accepted-offer amount or shipping charge is unknown, exclude the record rather than guessing.

Totals include item price plus buyer-paid shipping, excluding buyer taxes, duties and seller fees. Use equivalent single items or identical bundle sizes. Check sale dates and market changes yourself. This worksheet does not verify sources or detect duplicate records.

This worksheet needs its JavaScript files to load before calculation is available. You can still read the instructions. Entries stay in this page; this tool does not save or send them.

Original-currency mode requires one currency across all included rows. CAD mode uses only your explicit rates: CAD per 1 unit of the original currency, not the inverse. Record your rate source/date in the identifying note. CAD rows use 1; no exchange rate is supplied. Compare the same condition/grade group; run separate summaries for different grades.

Sale price and shipping accept 0–1,000,000 with up to two decimals. Rates accept greater than 0 through 1,000,000 with up to six decimals. Conversion is exact until display; median of an even sample is the mean of the two middle totals. Money rounds to cents, half up.
