Shipping & packaging
Plan packing, postage and returns before listing. Use eBay's shipping guidance for the service you intend to offer.
Getting paid
eBay manages payments and sends seller payouts to the registered payout account, subject to account requirements.
Payouts go to a linked chequing account, not PayPal or a savings account. Proceeds typically become available after one day; daily payouts are typically initiated two days after payment confirmation, followed by 1–3 business days for bank clearance. Holds and holidays can extend this.

Buyer questions & returns
A no-returns setting does not override covered damaged, wrong-item or not-as-described claims. eBay normally gives sellers three business days to respond to a return request. Follow the deadline shown on the actual case.
